Building on the success of the S-Series in the IP-PBX market, Yeastar has introduced the P-Series VoIP PBX. Just like the S-Series, the P-Series has been designed to be easy to install, simple to manage and built to perform. Installation is streamlined with auto-configuration, auto detect and plug and play capabilities.
The P-Series VoIP PBX is designed to cover the market from 20 to 500 extensions with 3 models, P550, P560 and P570. All are of a modular design that come fully licensed out of the box and are SIP native for both lines and extensions.
If legacy analogue or digital lines or analogue extensions are required then additional modules can be installed. SIM cards can also be accommodated to allow calls to be made and received over the mobile network.
The expanded Linkus client software offering HD voice calling CRM integration, advanced call handling, Instant Messaging and Presence is available for Apple iOS, Android, Windows and MacOS and web to allow you use any device as an extension on the phone system.
The Yeastar P-Series VoIP PBX offers all the features you would expect in a modern phone system including inbuilt Automatic Call Distribution (ACD – call centre) with a queue panel, wallboards and reporting, screen-based operator console to help manage incoming calls of larger organisations and small-group video conferencing.
Currently available as a range of 3 appliances depending on the number of extensions required, it will be available as a cloud version or a software version to put on you own hardware. Other features on the way are CTI and CRM integration.
