Building on the success of the S-Series in the IP-PBX market, Yeastar has introduced the P-Series IP-PBX. Just like the S-Series, the P-Series has been designed to be easy to install, simple to manage and built to perform. Installation is streamlined with auto-configuration, auto detect and plug and play capabilities.
The Yeastar P-Series IP-PBX can be delivered as:
- A hardware appliance – P550, P560 or P570 covering from 50 extensions and 25 concurrent calls to 500 extensions and 120 concurrent calls
- A Software Edition covering from 100 extensions and 25 concurrent calls to 10,000 extensions and 1000 concurrent calls that can be installed on it’s own server (Dell is recommended) or on an existing server under VMware or HyperV
- A Cloud Edition run on Yeastar’s hardware but allowing you to choose your own SIP trunk provider
The hardware appliance is a modular design that come fully licensed out of the box and is SIP native for both lines and extensions.
If legacy analogue or digital lines or analogue extensions are required then additional modules can be installed in the hardware appliance. SIM cards can also be accommodated to allow calls to be made and received over the mobile network.
The expanded Linkus client software offering HD voice calling CRM integration, advanced call handling, Instant Messaging and Presence is available for Apple iOS, Android, Windows and MacOS and web to allow you use any device as an extension on the phone system.
The Yeastar P-Series IP-PBX offers all the features you would expect in a modern phone system including inbuilt Automatic Call Distribution (ACD – call centre) with a queue panel, wallboards and reporting, screen-based operator console to help manage incoming calls of larger organisations and small-group video conferencing.
