NBN Co have released a list of special services that may be disconnected and need to be replaced with an alternate product. In some cases the alternate product is not available yet. We will keep abreast of developments in this space. In addition to the base Telstra products affected it also affects other carriers who piggyback their services on the Telstra base connection.
While the cut off for standard phone and Internet services is 18 months after the area is NBN declared, the cut off window for special services is 36 months after the relevant White Paper is issued.
