Due to the Company's policy of dealing exclusively with the products and service of no single provider ICS Technologies is free to offer unbiased advice on the best products and services for specific purposes.

We are able to offer services from AAPT Business Connect, Bendigo Bank Telco, Telstra and Vocus. We can also arrange VoIP lines from other carriers such as World Dial Point and Telecube. We can act on your behalf to ensure line faults and programming changes are dealt with in a timely manner along with the ordering & installation of new lines. This will take the guess work out of the many complicated forms that need to be filled out.

If you are moving premises we would prefer to manage the connection of the new lines so we can keep an eye on the order to make sure it is progressing so you get the services you need when you need them and don't move into a new building and find you have no lines because there was a problem with the order several weeks ago and the carrier failed to notify you that the unit number was missing from the address, for example.


We specialise in comprehensive Site Audits and perform these regularly on behalf of a major carrier for companies as large as Flight Centre and their associated brands, Commonwealth Bank, Transpacific Industries and Queensland Health. A site audit will clarify what you have connected and what it is being used for. Once we identify the services being delivered we can make suggestions to optimise your telecommunication services.  Based upon your circumstances you may be able to expand your existing phone system to get features you didn't know it was capable of or look at newer technologies that may be available to improve your telecommunications as your business grows.

Part of the auditing process is to compare your phone bills with what you have on site to ensure you are not paying for services you don't need (or don't have or are faulty).  We can even advise on the latest phone plans to make sure you are receiving the best value for money.
