What’s new from Nortel?

Release 5 is now available for BCM50, BCM200/400 and BCM450!

New features include:

  • InTouch (federated presence)
  • Find Me Follow Me
  • Automatic Call Recording
  • 1000 system speed dials
  • SIP registration enabling direct connection to VoIP providers such as MyNetFone.

Available as a straight upgrade on BCM50 and BCM450, the BCM200 and 400 get a hardware upgrade while retaining most of the investment in the the original hardware.

Feature license codes can be translated across but the BCM200/400 has to be running Release 4 in Keycode Retrieval System so for older systems a Release 4 upgrade licence may have to be purchased but not installed.

If you have a BCM1000 or Enterprise Edge system then this will require a full chassis swap however you can reuse the trunk and extension modules and telephones and retain over 60% of your original investment.

The MyBusiness promotion for the BCM range is running to the end of the year. This provides large discounts on equipment bundles. With the strong Australian dollar, the real installed price of a new BCM is over 20% cheaper now than it was in February.

The Mid Market promotion is aimed at upgrading current Option 11C customers to a BCM450 with some very worthwhile discounts offered on features such as voice messaging, the handsets, etc. If you have one of the several thousand Option 11C's known to exist in Australia, please contact ICS Technologies to see how you can upgrade your telephone system to a BCM450 with all the new features at a greatly reduced cost.

Take advantage of the Federal Government Tax rebate and order that new "business enhancing" telephone system today or enquire about a refurbished system.
